The idea behind this society is not to be evil or negative; rather, it is an association that will reflect on the experiences of chefs who have traveled a long hard road to perfect their craft. This is a society of chefs who have first worked as cooks and for years have tirelessly and faithfully ‘paid their dues’ to those above them who eventually enabled them to earn their own title of Chef.

How many total assholes must we work for to finally reach the point when we have become a chef from hell ourselves? How many totally bizarre stories do we have of horrendously bad cooks and equally bad work ethic? How many students do we take into our kitchens who thought that they were all ‘that’ and didn’t even know how to make a fucking hollandaise to save their life? My goal is to bring together a society created for the ‘survivors’ of the culinary field and to build merchandise that will reflect the mind of the Chef from Hell. All of us in this category had to get through the trials and tribulations of ‘baptism by fire’ to get where we are today. Looking back, many of us didn’t even know if we would make it, but the ones that have worked through the hard times have been rewarded by learning a trade that we are proud of and damn good at! That is what the Chef’s From Hell society is about and I look forward to building a brotherhood that will be stronger and more passionate than any army of one.
